Stockfetcher has become unusably slow with internet explorer over the last few days. It works normally with firefox. I wonder if there is an error in the code or if there is a call to doubleclick or something else that could be slowing it down with IE?

If possible, can you provide more details concerning the problem you are experiencing:
 - What version of Internet Explorer are you using?

 - Have you restarted and cleared your IE cache?

 - Are specific pages/features on StockFetcher are presenting this problem or is it all aspects?

 - If it is specific pages/features, can you provide details?

Some pages work fine. I noticed it when trying to backtest an idea. The backtest main page is slow, and when I view the results, if I click on trades it's fast but if I click on statistics it is slow. Sometimes it takes over 1 minute or more. Doing the same on firefox it's super fast. But with firefox I have adblock which disables ads. I know there aren't ads but if the page has code for tracking or analytics maybe that could slow it down. IE gives an error with the html, maybe that's it? I don't know but it's totally unusable with IE.

Not sure if something changed but now it's working fine.

I'll post again if it slows down.

  Hi,

Thank you for the additional details on the affected pages. We have made a modification that may help. You will likely need to restart your browser and possibly clear your cache in case you are still seeing slow pages.
