HCEI, been in since last week 9/17 on it's 1 million share day @ .25
Nothing but tick tick up.
Coffee is hot right now,this one imo is still brewing
Prior to that day HCEI was a "zero volume stock"
These have been talked about many times

and GOVX like you said,a no brainer on that volume spike at 10:13 @.17
